In March, 2025 I had a severe weather event that damaged my home's roof and siding. In May, 2025 SunSent Roofing matched me up with Mr. Donald Schunk as my case worker. Mr. Schunk was proactive with my insurance company for my partial roof and siding repair. All repairs were completed within my insurance estimates, and Mr. Schunk coordinating the insurance paperwork making my part very easy.
Mr. Schunk had to coordinate with the SunSent roofing and solar sides of the company for this coordinated repair and did an outstanding job. Don was great to work with. We had to replace our roof (which had solar panels attached) and the siding for our entire house. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and great at communicating the process and timeline. Always kept us up to date with order details and could work through any problem.

Great experience with Sunsent after we had storm damage and had to have or solar panels removed so they could fix the roof. Don Schunk went above and beyond to help us schedule the removal and reinstall of our panels. Lol, he even was great helping us picking out our shingle color. Because of his experience and project management skills we had minimal downtime running our system. Thanks
