“Dr.Lacie is absolutely awesome I saw results in the first week!! She is amazingly kind and knows her stuff! Here is the main difference I have already noticed between Dr. Lacie and other physical therapy avenues. Dr.Lacie is going to correct the problem and teach you techniques so it doesn't come back not just a band-aid fix that allows the issue to resurface a couple months later. It's a permanent solution but you got to put in the work! So if you are sitting around on your ass in pain thinking (like I was) I wish I could do this or that but my back hurts. They had moved into the space recently, so the place doesn’t look as nice and “hip” as others, but if I lived in the area, I would definitely return. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a massage in St. Charles. To the owner, I recommend putting up a sign so the place is easier to find. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, even just “True Massage Therapy” printed in large font on an 8x11” paper and taped to the door will make it easier for clients to find.“

“I have been going to Health First since probably 2006 when Dr Cory was practicing alone. I admit that often I waited until my neck was frozen or my back was hurting but I was never admonished for waiting so long. I have been going regularly for adjustments on my neck and back these past few months. I turned again to Health First After seeing a host of specialist, where I was finally diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, (a fancy word for facial spasms). Dr Andy has been doing adjustments to my neck area that have greatly reduced the frequency of the spasms. I feel better than I have in a long while. Today I saw Dr. Andy, he did my usual adjustments and then adjusted the wrist of my right hand. I was unable to pick anything up or perform anything that involved the use of a thumb. (My left hand is pretty much useless) That was about four hours ago, I iced my hand like Dr. Andy told me to each time after using and it already feels so much better. I have to keep myself from overusing it again. Thank you Dr Andy and Mona too (for encouraging me not to give up)“
