Ayden Schrader was very professional, on time, and VERY knowledgeable about central air units for being a young fella. Ayden did EVERYTHING possible to fix my unit but, unfortunately, my compressor was bad. Assured heating and cooling are looking into a possible replacement compressor or, IF I buy a new unit, I WILL definitely have Assured heating and cooling do the job. Assured heating and cooling is a MUST if you need anything done. VERY reasonable price and a VERY professional company. If you call anyone else, you will be making a big mistake. This is the best Company I have ever came across in my life. They were very polite and professional, honest and got Right down to business. Took care of the job in a timely manner as promised. Clean up and haul away. I would recommend Assured Heating and Cooling to everybody! They are the Best!!! Rest Assure they know the business!

My unit went out I called Assured I'm thinking its going to be days before they get to me .I spoke with the lady on the phone she set an appointment for me the same day and it was in the morning. Another thing I like was after setting my appointment I got an email letting m e know by name who was coming that made me feel really safe.I would use them again. Thanks
