On Friday, my computer began running slowly and was unable to open certain programs. Over the weekend, I shut it down, hoping it would function properly by Monday, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This computer is essential to my preschool, as all daily operations rely on it.
I made a call early Monday morning around 7 AM and received a text response within an hour. By 10:30 AM, the repair process had begun, and by 3 PM, a new computer was fully set up with all my documents and programs successfully transferred. The entire experience was seamless and highly efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

Where do I start?My screen was stuck on command mode (long story) Tuesday morning an hour before I was due to clock in for work.I tried everything I knew to do then with Microsoft chat support, issue was found but I needed a expert.Joel works 30 minutes away, picked up my mini PC from my home, fixed it and brought it back the next day.The price was reasonable, but his service and understanding is top.... 5 stars!
