This company has got their act together. The receptionist who answers the phone also schedules you, you don't get transferred around. Text messages are sent to confirm your appointment and also let you know when a technician is on their way. The technicians are very professional, asking about what your concerns are and then explaining what repairs are needed and the cost. They treat you like a family member, it's refreshing.?

Service from Arch Air has always been superior. From the time we replaced our old AC and furnace 10 years ago until now. I highly recommend the monthly maintenance fee that includes 2 checkups on both units twice a year

Our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Arch Air came quickly and determined the circuit board was malfunctioning. They got that ordered and a couple of days later when they received the part they came back, replaced the part and we now have heat again. As always, received quick service. They are friendly people who care about doing a good job and taking good care of their customers - all of them, including the owner, Ian, who was the one to came to replace the circuit board (they are busy with the cold having moved in, so it's all hands on deck for them).
