This company has got their act together. The receptionist who answers the phone also schedules you, you don't get transferred around. Text messages are sent to confirm your appointment and also let you know when a technician is on their way. The technicians are very professional, asking about what your concerns are and then explaining what repairs are needed and the cost. They treat you like a family member, it's refreshing.👍
Our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Arch Air came quickly and determined the circuit board was malfunctioning. They got that ordered and a couple of days later when they received the part they came back, replaced the part and we now have heat again. As always, received quick service. They are friendly people who care about doing a good job and taking good care of their customers - all of them, including the owner, Ian, who was the one to came to replace the circuit board (they are busy with the cold having moved in, so it's all hands on deck for them). I have worked with other HVAC companies over the past 28 years since I bought my home and had poor experience with all of them. After my last poor experience, I gave Arch Air an opportunity and have been using them exclusively for going on 8 years and have never had a poor experience. I highly recommended Arch Air. Good people doing good work for a fair price is something we all want and that is what Arch Air provides. Thanks Ian and team. Very much appreciated!
