The techs showed when they said they would. They didn't leave a mess. The office staff were friendly. The price was reasonable for the work and follow-up in this area. I wouldn't have a problem using this company for future work.
This company was a breathe of fresh air... Although a simple repair, their company answered my call, set up a service, and called to ask if the could come a day early?...and did a great job!? This was my first time contacting them. I had an issue with my A/C drain becoming clogged and leaking onto the inside floor every summer. Another company had been clearing the drain from the outside every year but it would start leaking again in a couple of months. My inside floor was becoming damaged by this constant back up every year. Leonard A/C serviced the outside unit, placed new furnace filters, and sent the installer over who added a ‘cap’ onto the inside drain pipe. Now I can lift the cap, add cleaner regularly, and keep it from becoming clogged, saving my floor from further damage.
