I was having issues with my hot water heater and the technicians thoroughly explained my options and the charges. I did get a new hot water heater and it was installed promptly and flawlessly. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. The hot water heater works perfectly.,I highly recommend Rick Leonard HVAC services.
The techs showed when they said they would. They didn't leave a mess. The office staff were friendly. The price was reasonable for the work and follow-up in this area. I wouldn't have a problem using this company for future work.
This company was a breathe of fresh air... Although a simple repair, their company answered my call, set up a service, and called to ask if the could come a day early?...and did a great job!? This type of customer service does not exist in today's world. Absolute hats off to the team at Rick Leonard Plumbing
