Ryan was very patient with me and my inability to follow computer tech. I wasn't raised in this computer era so I am a bit disabled using anything on line. He was sweet and explained everything's very well. Glad he explained about the increase in roach appearing after his job cuz it did happen but he says it will stop in a couple of days.
