The Doctor was very nice and seemed professional, had no problems with the appointment and getting a prescription and new glasses and they lady that took care of me before the appointment was friendly as well, but The other workers were a little unprofessional and ended up breaking my frames I brought in to get lense replacements in for a second pair. They didn’t seem to care and said all they could do was give me 20% off on a new frame from there.
I always go to Dr.Nelson and I think he is a fantastic doctor.I enjoy chatting with him and he is very efficient . He always takes his time and listens to any concerns I have.Highly recommend.
Eye exam and rates are good and Olivia is just fabulous!!! She is sweet, helpful, always smiling and remembers my name. Older woman treated my 87 year old mom like dirt and argued with me that I was called that my glasses were in, but I wasn't. Told her twice but she said I did get called. She has lost business for them and needs to be fired. She has no business working with people .
