Was happy to find a vet for my turtle without having to drive to KC. Went in just for a wellness check just since we were new to having a turtle. The vet was super nice and knowledgeable about the questions we had.
Dr. McNeal has been nothing but amazing since our first visit here a couple years ago. We had to have an emergency visit for our sweet dog and he didn’t even hesitate to come in to check her out. He always explains things to the fullest and also to where we understood. The girls are also so sweet and helpful anytime we call. We will use them as long as we possibly can!
Dr. McNeal went absolutely above and beyond for our dog Charlie. We were in town visiting and Charlie was showing many signs of being sick. We came to the clinic close to closing time and saw Dr. McNeal. He treated Charlie, ran necessary tests throughout the day and well into the evening (after hours) to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment. On top of this, he was very thorough and took his time answering all our questions. We are very thankful for Dr. McNeal, his patience, professionalism, service, and help. I highly recommend Dr. McNeal and his clinic.
