I had to get flowers to a funeral on the same day. I was able to call them, and they took my order, making it a priority to get it to the church on the same day. I was so relieved and am so thankful they understand good customer service!

Beautiful floral arrangement created for my Mother's Memorial service. The lillies and roses were so pretty surrounding my Mother's Urn! Very satisfying and flowers are still viable today!

We ordered our wedding flowers from State Fair Floral and were a little concerned because we had literally no idea of what we were getting. We showed the lady an idea of what we wanted and that was it. There was some miscommunication along the way that we cleared up quickly but we do wish the communication process was a bit better/easier, however, it all worked out in the end. Even the issues with one of the bridal bouquets was quickly fixed, on site, the morning of, which we appreciated. The original lady we dealt with wasn’t the most friendly but the one who actually came to the venue that morning to set up (I think her name was Jordan??) was super friendly and professional...read full review
