Absolute Nightmare – Do Not Trust Herrman Lumber and Broad Building Supply!
I am beyond furious with the utter incompetence and deceitfulness of both Herrman Lumber and Broad Building Supply. If you value your time, money, and sanity, DO NOT use them for any of your building needs. This has been the most exasperating experience I’ve ever had with any company.
Both the salesman and the manager at Herrman Lumber lied straight to my face. While I can accept delays, the utter lack of integrity and transparency was inexcusable. I spent several months going into herrman lumber trying to get windows ordered.every time we went in the window guy was not there and they said they would let the window guy know and he would get ahold of us. We were never contacted by the window guy so we went in again to try and get them ordered after a while we obtained his number and called him and he it took a while for him to call us back and then he never came out to measure for the windows. finally gave up
