It takes a while for them to get to your ticket. But it is worth the wait.
They helped me with my p.C and they said, I had messed up with the cables and they realigned it and they added a windows key for me. And also a hard drive, because I was missing it

I have taken 2 Xbox pro controllers to them for stick drift. One was an amazing repair and same day fix. The second has been a great experience so far. The stick drift is still present and they said its covered by their warranty. Looking forward to brining it in!
