I really appreciate this place. The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. They provide great care and were able to find things that other eye doctors could not. I could not recommend this place enough.

Bailey helped me this morning to get contacts ordered for my child athlete today. She was professional and had the best customer service. She even informed me that my insurance covered some of the costs of the contacts! With the current government shutdown & this unexpected expense l, I wanted to cry at the fact that she was able to verify with my insurance for this discount. Thanks so much for going above and beyond Ms. Bailey!!
Oh but Here is the kicker.. Eyecare specialties (Warrensburg location) literally returned my call and informed me that they just verified my insurance and it doesn’t cover anything for contacts?! I’m dumbfounded .. aren’t they the same...read full review
