Some experiences have been less positive, with uneven nails on a pedicure and a technician walking away for over 10 minutes. A cheese and chocolate tray and a take-home gift bag were not offered in one instance. Friends enjoyed a full day with perfect massages by Corey and LeeAnne. Denise, LeeAnne, and Heaven made the day relaxing. Renae helped choose makeup. The experience was the best from the moment you walk through the doors until you leave. A full day package with sugar scrub, jacuzzi, massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure with lunch received fantastic service. Technicians were professional and friendly. The ambience was relaxing, and rooms were very clean. The spa is a great value for the price, even for those traveling from afar. Note that gift cards can pay the remainder of an appointment, but a deposit is required when booking.
