In a time when everything is expensive, it meant a lot to be treated honestly instead of being handed an inflated quote like I was from four other businesses here in town to do the same job. Which was to install a complete new headlight. I already had purchased the headlight I just needed it to be installed. I may have had to wait acouple hours but in the end it was all worth it. I walked out being an extremely happy customer. This place earned my respect and my future business. Thank you ♥️

So look. I know that this place has gained a bad reputation and I went in there just to get a quote on some tires. I wound up ordering a 3.5 inch lift kit for my truck that the manager Clayton suggested cause my front suspension needed to be replaced. Rough country screwed him over on what he was supposed to have gotten in the order and instead of calling me to tell me I had to pay more he called me apologizing and telling me he would make it right. My lift kit is perfect. My tires that I got a brand new set from them are perfect and I won't be going anywhere else. I called Big O in Sedalia,Mo after being told by another tire center that it would be over 3 hours wait for my spare to be put on, so I could make the hour trip home. They told me to come right over they got me in as soon as I got there and even though I had my dog with me they allowed us both to stay in their lobby so we could stay warm. I appreciate your speedy service and how for now cost at all you checked my fluids and sent me on my way. I've always had good service here and anytime I'm in the area with a tire issue I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Big O!!!
