The tech (Darrell) was very friendly and answered any question that we had. In fact, we requested Darrell because we have worked with him before and appreciated his efficiency and knowledge of the job at hand. He is an asset to your company. We know that the quality of work done or that will need to be done will be exactly what we will get.
Service men were very nice and polite but nothing was done. They just tested the heat coming out of vents. I had thought they were going to clean the ductwork. Almost $300 is a bit high for just looking at it!
Nice young man that came to check over my system. He explained what he did and verified all in working order including cleaning system and changing filter. Checked both heat pump and furnace.
