They were absolutely amazing. I was at work when they came, but my honey was home. Trust me I was so excited about getting our AC fixed, mainly with the heat wave we have been having, that I watched them working on our unit feom work lol! My spouse had nothing, but positive things to say about this company. He also said they need not try to push him in to making any purchases that were not needed and were very polity and provided lots of information to any questions asked. I HIGHLY reccomend Sensible Solution Services for your hvac needs. I pray I never need to use them again, but if i do they are the first on my call list.
