I've only ever been there twice and the experience with customer service was not great. My son and I went in there Friday and were looking for some things. The lady working came up to us with her arms crossed and a bothered look on her face and asked if she could help us in a bothered tone. She showed me to what I was looking for but then didnt really answer any questions. She just said yeah this will work and walked away. When we went to the register she just stood there at the other counter. A guy came up to here there and they started talking completely ignoring we were ready to check out. I will make the drive and keep going to Lowe's.
