I genuinely love this place, won’t go anywhere else. I live in rolla and i’ve had trouble finding a good, honest piercing place. Well my trouble was solved. i came across Outwest online and i love this place. i have quite a few piecings, and i got my monroe done here, well today i got my industrial and couldn’t be happier. I forget her name but she is the piercer here, she uses surgical steel jewelry, best known metal for your body. Same metal people get there knees replaced with. I just got my septum and I loved it so much, the lady was very sweet and knowledgeable. She also told us to call or text if we have any problems and this is my first big piercing so I thought that was awesome. I also liked how they didn’t give me time to overthink it too much as I’m really good at that, they were very reassuring and gave me extensive instructions on how tot clean it as well which was very helpful I enjoyed this piercing experience a lot, it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. It was also only 35$! Amazing price as well. They also have an awesome selection of jewelry and she read my vibe immediately and got the one I wanted:)) I love itt

Julie is such a kind and helpful person. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her customers. I came in to replace my old jewelry and she was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me pick out new jewelry and I ended up leaving with a new piercing as well because she’s just that good!😂 I will definitely be returning to Outwest for any of my future piercing or tattoo needs and will be recommending all friends and family to as well!
