If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. For an emergency vet I wouldn’t take a fly to this vet. Well that’s if you can even get in before the horribly rude person on the phone drills you with 1000 questions. Your animal will probably bleed out with a needle prick before you get of the phone.

Absolutely terrible. Very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Brought my dog (who had severe injuries) I called to see if they were open because it was a Saturday and she told me it would be $400 before she could even look at my dog. I show up (already paid $230) she told me she couldn’t do anything and I needed to put her down. my dog is my baby and of course I’m balling my eyes out, she continues to over talk us as we’re trying to find any other options, she didn’t like that so during us trying to see if there are other options to save my dog she rolls her eyes and scoffs and walks away into her house . Absolutely do not recommend.

I called on a weekend. My dog was very sick. She said non client would got money for an emergency. CASH ONLY. So I got some cash pit and drove out there. She didn’t answer the door. As we were leaving she was looking out the back trying to hide. If I could leave zero stars I so would. Very unprofessional.
