From the moment I walked in here the people working here were so wonderful to me. I'm so very happy to have a wonderful place like this to help me on my journey a better health. Really amazing people work here. It's also a very clean environment really new building.
The dental and medical staff at the Salem Four Rivers clinic are always super nice and helpful and communicative with me and anything that I need.
I have super high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but they are always super understanding and helpful and take good care of me here.
I gave 4 stars because I have never received professional dental care here... until yesterday. I was blown away at the professional care I received from the new hygienist, Rebekah. She did such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The level of her professionalism does not match the surroundings in this place. I've always felt like a Medicaid patient but she treated me like I had just stepped out of a limo. I will highly recommend you make an appointment with her and be seen by Dr. Goff. They are both the most amazing dental staff you're going to find in this area. Even my periodontist doesn't give me this great of care in Springfield.
