They made the process simple, accepting ideas I had for examples I found online and inviting me into the store to pick colors and knobs, etc. Shortly after, we had paint issues for whatever reason. We worked with Village to make this right. They did and their employee Jim came daily for a week to do what needed to be done to correct the issue we were having. Perfect is something that everyone expects. What I expect is for a company to make things right when something doesn’t go as you expected. They did! Thank you Jim for being caring about hard working. Thank you Mike for making sure we are taken care of. I love my cabinets and I love them even more now!“
