Needed new thumb sticks and a few other parts for my daughter's Switch Lite, and everything came out great! Parts were delayed but not an issue. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back if needed in the future.
Service was good. EMPLOYEES and staff do the better they can to explain me about the repair to the cellphone and a good case for it. If I need it I will utilize their service again. He’s great when you can actually get him to show up to his business.I’ve showed up multiple times during normal store hours (not during lunch, which is on the door) and no employees can be found. I’ve spent nearly $1000 at this store, but if you’re looking for schedule reliability, it’s better to just go online.
