I got in touch with Steve at Heroic about an issue with one of my clients homes and their heat not working. He was quick to respond and had same day turn around in getting the furnace fixed for me and my clients. I have used their company in the past as well and always had a great experience. They are prompt, informative and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!
They had a chance to squeeze our house in to their schedule to come check the AC unit. A half later and the AC was blowing cold again. I had changed the filter and cleaned the unit but I was unsuccessful unlike this company. They figured out the problem and fixed it all for less than $130. Definitely will use them again if needed.
