Austin was very polite, professional and a blessing, he was able to retrieve an earing from the drain. It was a very sentimental gift. I've done business with Mr. Rooter before and am always pleased with them.
Scott, was able to schedule Jason to come to our church the same day we called. The issue was larger than what was expected, Jason worked to get both issues resolved. Jason was extremely professional and helpful in every way. We will definitely be calling them again.
