This place is absolutely amazing with their customer service. I placed an order the day before Valentine's to deliver to my grandmother who was recovering from a major surgery, and they had asked if it was okay to deliver the Monday immediately following Valentine's Day with how big their holiday delivery list had gotten. With the holiday as well as life, time got away from me and I was unavailable for them to get ahold of the day of delivery to make sure my grandmother would be available to receive them. They attempted a multitude of times to reach out not only to me but my grandmother as well with no luck. A week later, I finally was able to get around to calling them to find out if the bouquet was delivered, and they told me that they sold the bouquet so that the flowers wouldn't go to waste with the full intention of creating another beautiful one free of charge, despite my lack of communication to make sure the delivery was able to be made. They expressed concern about my grandmother knowing that she was recovering from major surgery and asked about her well-being, and even remembered me by name as soon as I called in. Mandy and Jordan both are wonderful ladies, and you have a good local business here in Good News Blooms if you're looking to purchase a bouquet for someone.
Mandi was so gentle, helpful and comforting to our family while we were picking out flowers for the funeral of our loved one. The flower arrangements were perfectly designed and full. We definitely recommend Good News Blooms.
Mandi helped me with one of the hardest parts of life. The flowers for my father funeral were absolutely stunning. She opened early for me to pick them up and as I’m immediately becoming emotional they offered to pray with me. Thank you guys for the beautiful flowers and helping me find comfort❤️❤️
