My only complaint is with the tipping system! If you use a card then you have to tip separately and the tip starts at 30%, THEN they hit you with a surcharge on top of the tip. They do have an option to change the tip amount BUT the stylist is standing there watching you enter the tip. Very uncomfortable. If you visit here make sure to hit the bank/ATM before you go or you get excess charges.
Had a great time here. I got a fresh new haircut and style. My stylist was great. She asked me tons of questions to get me a style I would like. My stylist Connie Lewis. She was great. The vibe of the place was Christmas. They had Christmas decorations up. I have before and after photos.
I came in for a cut with Andrea and had a great experience. She gave me the best shampoo that almost put me to sleep, so relaxing! My haircut was exactly what I wanted and she made sure it looked great. I have always had a great experience with Fantastic Sams because the staff makes you feel like your hair needs are important. I also like the new online appointment scheduling system. Makes it very convenient to ensure I can get in. Will continue coming here.Service: Haircut
