“I’ve been using Shadowood for years, and Natalie is truly amazing. She grooms my Shih Tzus beautifully, but what really sets her apart is her kindness. One of my older dogs can be a bit of a handful, another is a playful 9-month-old puppy, and one is in his final stage of life. I never have to worry about them in her care—she would never do anything to hurt a dog. She treats them with the utmost kindness and always does a fantastic job, especially with their round Shih Tzu faces. Highly recommend! ?????”

I bring my dog in monthly for nail clipping and an occasional bath. He loves it and I appreciate the loving care they give him. It's clean and the staff is great. Making appointments online is so convenient and allows me to choose what is the best day and time for me. You can also choose the same staff member to take any fear from your pet. It's a great experience for him and myself. You won't be disappointed here!
