They first gave my 6 yr old daughter a pair of sunglasses and told her to raise her hand if she had any pain or problems, which was a good start. She did need shots for a filling. So they used numbing gel. The swab with the gel was put on her gums, immediately removed, and the shot was given. No time for the gel to absorb and help. The dental assistant had her hands over my daughters which didn't allow her to raise her hand. The sun glasses kept me from noticing any discomfort in her eyes. My daughter tried to be tough and be still like they asked and had it not been for a tear running down her cheek I never would have noticed the above details. Dr. Matthew Ausmus and everyone working here is amazing! I started taking my son a little past his first birthday and they made him feel comfortable and relaxed while looking in his mouth. They make it very kid friendly! After his visit he gets to sign the no cavities board which makes his day. They do fill up app fast (a few months out) but they are well worth the wait!

I tried multiple times to make a appointment here for my son. The receptionist is always rude and acts like they do not care about patients. Id rather drive a hour out of my way than go here
