Wow I wish I could give negative stars. This guy started a job and then just stopped showing up. No explanation. Didn't answer my texts or calls. Just disappeared after the job was already started. The work they did do before disappearing needed to be redone, they actually created a hazardous situation. Tom or his crew also dumped trash including the old tile and chunks of concrete they had removed onto the back side of my property, thinking I wouldn't see it I guess. I had a main drain problem on a SundayI called Thomas after I had already called Express plumbing on a SundayExpress was able to send somebody on a Sunday. Unfortunately, Express plumbing gave me incorrect information, and a quote to saw cut up my garage floor for the repair.I'm glad I got a second opinion, because I called Thomas the next day. His camera was a much better quality. His pipe cleaning system was also much better and safer on my system.He indicated the pipe did not travel under the garage floor as indicated by the previous contractor, and he also verified my pipe was in great shape for the first 60'.
