Garner Heating & Cooling/Refrigeration (unsure of actual title) were the ONLY people to call me back after almost a week solid of trying to contact my usual AC guy to then everyone else in the county to no avail, UNTIL I spoke to Mr. Rob to the Rescue!!! I truly can't begin to fathom the thanks, especially having someone in the household not only disabled but respiratory issues..this stuff can't wait, and you went above and beyond to not just help us along, but also prevent literal panic/asthma attacks from occurring due to the entire situation. Always willing to help and they do care about people's needs. I never hear "sorry, we don't service equipment installed by others" but DO hear "what time tomorrow works for you?"! Really appreciate them!!!
