My daughter was very nervous coming into the dentist office an when Dr.Brown an her wonderful assistant Taylor talked to her told yer what they were going to do she calmed down. Absolutely wonderful place.. the Pedo teams are great! Highly recommend for your kiddos!!

Dr. Mabe and her nurse were incredible! I went in to establish care because I’ve been struggling for years to get my doctor to listen to me and take me seriously. I received a few referrals from friends and finally bit the bullet and made an appointment. The office is a 45 minute drive from my home, compared to the 4 minute drive for my former PCM but I will happily make the drive for the level of care and attention I received from Dr. Mabe and her team. If I could give an endless amount of stars, I would!

We proudly serve the Phelps, Dent, Maries, Crawford, and Pulaski counties, since 2014. We are dedicated to providing care to adults and children. We provide comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services. We accept all Medicaid plans, most major insurance plans, Medicare and offer a sliding scale fee application for self-pay.
