Going to the dentist isn’t anyone’s favorite thing to do but I have had the best experiences with this office than anywhere else in the past 10 years! They listen to your concerns and try to make you as comfortable as possible. From the front desk to the treatment area to the checkout desk, the staff are amazing!
It is always stressful for me to go to a dentist, but the office staff and nursing staff are very calming. In at right time, and out at a good time, and they listened to my concerns! Did a great job!
Dr. Kim is awesome. I highly recommend him. He is spot on with anything to do with orthodontics, or anything dental for that matter. He is good with the chicken in me, meaning I am fearful of dentists and he deals with me very well. All the techs are good too.
I am updating this review as of 9-7~26. Dr Kim is no longer at Forum Dental. First thing that happens is they postpone my appointment, which I get, because they are down a dentist. But then they refuse to let me have my Envisaligns to get me through the delay, having me wear the same pair for 3 weeks. That just isn’t right. That stalls me out for weeks.
Dr Kim, you will be missed.
