I walked in with major tooth pain that needed fixed until my dentist could make it back into town. Dr. Kim fixed me up and sent me home. Jasmine followed up with me over the weekend to make sure I was doing okay! Went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of on her day off! You can’t ask for any better service! Thank you! I was able to attend my daughter’s 5th birthday party! I can’t thank yall enough!

I appreciate the friendly and professional atmosphere. Both Dr Crippen and his technician are very kind and try to make each visit a good one. They always explain what they are doing and anticipate questions and concerns. It is a relief that the front office can access our dental insurance and are prepared to explain charges and coverage. Overall great experience (except for that naaastyy medicine ?) Great job, Forum Dental.

Great appointment as always. Only little complaint is chair looked broken and looked like they were using tape to fix issue. Everything of facility looks really nice and to have chair wrapped looked (for lack of better word) ghetto.
