Luna was well looked after. Dr. Berger was kind enough to call and tell me what he thought we should do next, as far as a procedure went. I felt a great deal of trust and I appreciate everyone there. They are all great with the animals and that gives you comfort when you have to drop them off.
Sherman my 10 year old basset hound had a flare up with one of his eyes. Dr. Schatz made room for him and after running tests got him meds that made him feel better. Me and Sherman and his younger sister Fiona love all the staff and Drs. We always feel well taken care of. thanks
The receptionist at the front desk were kind, I had tried to get my dog in for a same day walk in appointment but have to wait. They were very kind and upfront about the unavailability so we'll just wait until they are able to take us in.
Thank y'all!
