The experience from start to finish was great, smooth, organized, and stress-free. The team was professional, on time, and very respectful of the home. The quality of the work exceeded expectations, and everything was completed exactly as promised. Installers did a wonderful, fantastic job. They began a replacement shower at 8:30 am and were done at 3 pm. The new shower is wonderful. The team was very professional, pleasant to work with, and willing to answer any questions. They did an excellent job, picking up and cleaning up throughout the day. It is hard to find companies that truly deliver on both service and craftsmanship, but West Shore Home definitely does.
Girard replaced a damaged shower head for us. He was polite and courteous.

We had such an amazing experience with the crew at West Shore Home! It started with an incredible and informative sales representative, Shelby. She genuinely cared about walking us through our options and explaining what was going on with our windows and doors. After we signed, she continued to check in with us, made sure everything was scheduled, and even stopped by on day two to see how things were going and make sure we were happy with the results so far.
