It was amazing to see what good customer service they have built over the years. This manifested itself in the attitude and longevity of every customer I dealt with. (There was LITERALLY only one very unhappy client the whole season) How rare is that? As I got to know the year round workers; Tim, Becky, Jim & Mary… I came to realize that the honesty and integrity that is exemplified in this business is genuine and sincere. The concern for accuracy and client care exceeds the desire for additional income- I have seen new clients declined for that very reason. If you were declined, I say try again next tax season!! I would work at The Tax Center every season if I could…. We’ll see what the future brings!?“
