I was called within 24 hours to schedule a service that occurred 2 days later after I spent 2 weeks looking for an electrician who would call me back or perform the service before 2 weeks down the road. Jacob showed up after I was informed he could be there 2 hours prior to his scheduled time. He cut off electricity to an outlet on an island I wanted to remove, and replaced an outlet that was bad on the outside. This last service was not scheduled.
We had several different electricians look at what we thought was a straightforward task. Turns out they all had their own ideas of what to do and how much, one up to $5k (that guy only knew how to do new construction and messed up a simple breaker switch ... Jacob had to redo his work). Jacob was the one who knew not only, on his own without any prompting, what the others were trying to sell and why, but what they missed. He was able to connect dots and find solves no one else did, that were safe, and time and cost-effective. He's an excellent problem solver! Glad we found him. Everyone needs a great electrician they trust!
Jacob was early for an appointment by 35 mins and then waited for us to arrive...amazing service and so nice/helpful. Excellent work, neat, efficient and A+ all around.
