Went in for hair cut, and lady refused to get off her phone and give me a hair cut because her shift ended in 20 minutes. She basically told me to wait for the next person to come in. Lazy and unprofessional! Also the next person didn't know how to do cut an inverted bob. Completely and utterly useless

Went in for a trim plus a few layers and she gave me exactly what I asked for. After a year of trying to grow out my hair after having it cut way too short at another salon my hair needed attention badly. I was nervous to let anyone touch my hair with scissors again but she did exactly what I needed. I will be going back when I need another trim!

I just left the salon in Richmond. I was in a tight spot and pressed for time. Gabby squeezed me in and did a fantastic job on my 'platinum' hair. She is a Great conversationalist and put me at ease in the chair. I will return to her again. What an AWESOME experience. To the management team: take time to thank Gabrielle for her committed service (6 years) and her wonderful customer service!
