I’m so glad I found Vanessa! I have been dealing with back pain for years because of my job (hairstylist). I am also very active and recently injured my shoulder, it hurt to take a deep breath or sneeze. I couldn’t put it off any longer. I was referred to Vanessa by a friend.
Let me start by saying the office is so nice and very clean and updated. She brought me back to her room where she talked to me about my injury and pain but also assessed my entire body so that she could see where my weaker areas are and find out what was causing my pain.
She did some soft tissue massage the first visit and some exercises along with giving me some exercises to do at home. She does a great job of explaining exactly what’s going on with your body and making sure you have the proper form so that you don’t injure yourself further. The next visit she did some dry needling which helped my shoulder pain a great deal and also some cupping in the next appointment. My shoulder pain is completely gone after a few weeks and the pain in my lower back is less and less week after week!
Vanessa is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and affordable! I highly recommend going to see her if you are having any pain. I wish I would have gone much sooner than I did! You won’t be disappointed!
