June 29th 2019 we moved into our home and the ac died, come to find out the unit was to small for our home and was on the older side, according to my father in law. Beinging new to town my brother found Dalton card from a friend so I gave him a ring. Keep in mind this was the HOTTEST week of the year so far, Dalton was BUSY!!!! This man came out to our home and we had ac in roughly a week. He stayed at our home all day installing our units (I might have yelled at him to take a break because he was working so hard in the heat... Still a joke I tell when recommending him) he had to come back the next day to finish our install, plus he moved our thermostat. Fast forward to 2020 mid covid, I bought a house for my father, it needed an ac unit, first call was to Dalton, he had the unit in the house within a week (during the shortage of things). This last week our ac was having some trouble, it would blow air but it wasn't keeping the house cool (again this man is super BUSY!) I message Dalton and he gives me 2 days that he's available at the earliest, I messaged him Tuesday or Wednesday, he was at my house Friday afternoon. I explain what's going on in a very non professional way, he figures out what I'm trying to say and less than 10 minutes we have ice cold air in our home. Dalton is reliable, reasonable in prices, an extremely hard worker (again practically forced the man to take breaks and drink water) and keeps to his word. I can't recommend him enough!
My ac went out Tuesday evening July 12 and Dalton fixed it at 630 am the next morning. Now that’s fast and friendly service!!
