Bob was so easy to work with and delivered what I asked for with very little guidance (other than me asking for "feminine and durable"). He purchased a beautiful chain and put my pendants on after my original chain broke. He listened to what I wanted/needed and got it exactly right. I'll be wearing the necklace almost daily. Very reasonably priced.
