Have gone here off and on for nearly 20 years. Normally pretty good, BUT my wife took our paperwork up and said someone named Kelly did it and according to the papers I received we owed a little over $12k in state and federal tax. I look the paperwork over saw a substantial error my wife took it back stated the return was amended and brought back forms for us to pay around $3k bad mistake but I caught it we paid the lesser payment. Yesterday my wife was called by someone from there saying they further amended it and now we will be getting a refund. I will be going with my wife to talk to someone, before I decide what action needs to be taken. Two stars for now because...read full review
