The hard rive in my IBM Yoga Thinkpad laptop died and I was afraid I was going to lose everything. The folks at Shafer were able not only able to replace my hard drive with a newer and higher quality part, they were able to recover my data as well. And this was done quickly and at a lower cost than I expected. I can't recommend them highly enough.
