Bob's has always been great to work with. Friendly, and thorough. I hadn't needed them for a few years and they even remembered me and where I worked from previous visits.
They came today and helped fix issues with both our shower and sink. 100% recommend!

Update: I just used them again for a clogged kitchen sink. However, it wasn't just a normal clog. There was a clog and then the line became frozen because of the -8 degrees weather we had. They came on a Saturday, figured out the problem, came up with great solution, and fixed it quickly. I appreciate them both so much, especially Brett's commitment to getting the job done.
I have used them three times. Once for a clog in my sink, second time was for a clog in the main drain line, and the third time was to install a new garbage disposal. I can't say enough great things about them. They do the job right and fast for a very reasonable price.... read full review

They came out and took the time to fix our clog in the pipe in floor of our basement. I appreciated the work they did until the problem was resolved as good as it was going to get. They got it draining and they did not overcharge like many companies do. They also did a thorough job cleaning up before leaving. Definitely will use next time we have an issue.
