I can't say enough about the great atmosphere and customer service. Now what I can say is the quality is absolutely FIRE! I was greeted right away soon as I walked in by Big J himself, Tim handled the walk in and his skills are next level!! made this ole dude look and feel 25 again. I'll be coming back for sure. We were in KC for a family funeral and my 14 y/o son decided He needed a haircut...after family services and on our way “home” of course ?...we were heading back to Arkansas that day and he decided he wanted a real ?experience. He did his own research, read the reviews and picked Big Js...so to Raytown we went. He loves those clean, tight lines and Louis was did not disappoint! He was fantastic...friendly and gave him a luxurious experience. Needless to say they became fast friends connecting on the Gram too. Nice place to get a nice haircut, good prices and plenty of nice staff. The location isn't perfect, but during the day it isn't too bad. They do plenty of designs and are good at making a match person to person.
