What sets them apart is their compassionate and caring approach. The staff is loving, supportive, and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and sympathy during difficult times. They are understanding and accommodating, even allowing families to be present during procedures and offering reasonable prices for services such as cremation.
Compassion. If I could give more stars, I would. The kindness and compassion shown to my dog, June, and me today by Dr. Harkey meant more than I can express. It made her passing easier. I will always be grateful that he made time today in his schedule and for the gentle way she was able to go.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Wonderfully kind staff and they were able to work me in quickly for an emergency surgery that saved my cat’s life! He had a stomach blockage and was rapidly losing weight from being unable to eat much at a time. His regular vet wouldn’t operate due to a respiratory infection making it a higher risk surgery, but thankfully my friend referred me here and they didn’t hesitate to help him! It was definitely worth the drive from Springfield - now Max is able to eat and get the nutrients and energy his body needs to fight the pneumonia (while on antibiotics). Bless their hearts. The sent a sympathy card signed by the entire staff when I let them know our sweet Princess kitty passed away.We've never had a vet company that showed so much compassion and care for our dogs and cats before. We're so happy we switched to All Valley Pets.
