I am writing this review to acknowledge Tierra Hedrick , care team supervisor for Elara care . Her professionalism left my Dad with no question on the care he would be receiving with this company. Her personality was warm and very welcoming with my Dad as she visited with him explaining the services with great detail. She definitely made this transition of which was new to him simple to understand. Thank you Tierra for showing the pride you show representing the companies service . We appreciate you very much !
