We had both a water softener system and a water filtration system installed just over a year ago. WE have been very happy with both systems. I highly recommend Jones Air and Water to anyone who is in the market for these systems. They did are yearly inspection and service was again very professional. Great company to deal with.

Purchased both a Reverse Osmosis Kitchen Filter and a High Efficiency Water Softener and both were installed and operate as promised. The Water Softener uses very little salt per month and is extremely quiet.We had used this company for years at an Alton, IL business I worked for and their service and products were always top notch.

Highly recommend Jones Air & Water!!! We had our system installed 2 years ago and it’s the best thing we ever did. Today I called Everett because I forgot how to change the filter. He was here within 30 minutes and walked me through the process again. Not only was he here within 30 minutes, but he also did not charge me a thing. Wonderful company and customer service. 5 Stars!!!
