I love this place! They took great care of me yet again yesterday. Dr. Cassidy and staff waited on me so patiently. Speaking of waiting, I had no wait time whatsoever when I arrived. I just can't say enough good things about this small, locally owned family business.

Ordered new lens for frames that had been purchased there couple years ago. Couldn't see out of new lens. Bifocals in wrong place on no line lens. Ended up with cheaper regular bifocals and they would not refund difference in price. Said it was not their policy. Not the way to treat customers
